In this role, Chintan will lead innovation across the entire product lifecycle, driving market research, competitive analysis, product planning, and launches. His mandate: deliver intelligent, energy-saving solutions that elevate customer experience and strengthen Armstrong’s position as a global leader in sustainable whole building mechanical solutions.

Chintan Kharche brings over 18 years of global leadership experience across HVAC, renewables, industrial automation, and power electronics, with a strong focus on sustainability. He joins Armstrong from Danfoss, where he served as Senior Director of Product Management for HVACR & AQUA Drives, leading portfolio strategy, product roadmaps, and Agile-driven development. Previously, as Head of Strategic Portfolio Management & Strategy Excellence at Danfoss, he shaped the strategic direction of AC drives and spearheaded high-impact initiatives to advance energy-efficient solutions.
