My immediate focus is sharpening our customer-centric approach turning innovation into action and targeting the right markets and verticals,” said Ashok. “India and APAC offer tremendous opportunities as sustainability becomes a priority. With strong momentum across various sectors, I look forward to strengthening partnerships, driving operational excellence, and accelerating growth across the region.”

Ashok brings over three decades of business leadership experience, with a strong record of driving transformation, building high-performing, collaborative teams, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth. He has held senior leadership roles across India, APAC, the Middle East, and Africa at Emerson and Copeland, and brings deep expertise in establishing and scaling Global Capability and Service Centers and driving vibrant go-to-market channel partnerships. He is a graduate of India Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
